Biography

Rhonda Hooper joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s External LinkOklahoma City Branch Board of Directors in 2022 and has been the Branch chair since 2025.

In 2006, Ms. Hooper was appointed president and chief executive officer of Jordan Advertising, a multi-faceted marketing and advertising agency founded in 1961. Ms. Hooper has worked in strategic marketing and branding for several national, regional, and local brands in tourism, hospitality, food service, quick service restaurants, insurance, multi-unit retail, energy, apparel, manufacturing, government, and nonprofit.

Ms. Hooper is past chair of the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber, currently serving on its executive committee as corporate secretary and previously as vice chairs of business and economic inclusion, and convention and visitor development. She is the current chair of the international nonprofit, Feed the Children, and has chaired the Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science & Technology, the Oklahoma Business Roundtable, Leadership Oklahoma, the OKC Convention & Visitors Commission, and the Economic Club of Oklahoma. She is currently vice chair of the OKC Economic Development Trust and also serves on the Alliance for Economic Development and the RIVERSPORT Foundation boards.

In 2017 she was inducted into the Oklahoma State University (OSU) Hall of Fame. She served as the national chair of the OSU Alumni Association; was a founding board member of the Riata Center for Entrepreneurship and currently serves on the OSU Foundation Board of Governors.

Ms. Hooper received a bachelor’s degree in journalism, with an emphasis in marketing, from Oklahoma State University.
