Trina Chapman is an assistant vice president in the Consumer Affairs Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. She has joint responsibility for the supervision of the 10th District’s community state member banks as it relates to compliance with federal consumer laws and regulations and the Community Reinvestment Act. Ms. Chapman joined the Reserve Bank in 2001 as an examiner in the Consumer Affairs Department and was promoted to manager in 2006. She was appointed assistant vice president with responsibility for the Denver Cash Services Department in 2011 and assumed her current position in 2012. Trina holds a B.B.A degree in marketing from the University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, Indiana, and has completed the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
