Jeremiah Bishop is the Wyoming State Banking Commissioner for the Division of Banking and has been in this role since June 2022. Jeremiah has been with the Division since 2012. From 2012 to 2019 he was primarily a bank examiner but also conducted trust examinations and worked his way up to the Chief Examiner role within the Division. From 2019 to 2022 he served as the Deputy Commissioner for the Division where he oversaw bank and trust company examinations as well as oversaw the training of examiners. Jeremiah is a Wyoming native and obtained a bachelor's degree in finance with a minor in banking and financial services from the University of Wyoming.
