Jeff Wallace joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City's Denver Branch Board of Directors in 2016.  Mr. Wallace is the Chief Executive Officer of Wyoming Bank & Trust. Wyoming Bank & Trust is a closely held commercial bank located in Cheyenne and Burns, Wyoming.  Established in 1919 as Farmers State Bank of Burns, the bank changed its name in 1995 when it moved its charter to Cheyenne and reopened the Burns location as a branch.

Mr. Wallace joined the bank in January 1995 as a loan officer after spending seven years working as a CPA and in the managed health care industry.  He currently oversees all operations of the bank.

Mr. Wallace is a member of the Independent Community Bankers of America Safety and Soundness committee, the State of Wyoming Industrial Siting Council and a member of Leadership Wyoming. He is a former member of the American Bankers Association Community Banker's Council, the Wyoming State Banking Board, Wyoming Banker's Association and Director of Banker's Bank of the West.  He has served on several civic and charitable organizations and is a past chairman of the Cheyenne Frontier Days Board of Directors and former Finance Committee Chairman of the Boys & Girls Club of Cheyenne.

Mr. Wallace is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking in Boulder and has a master's degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Denver, Daniel's School of Business.  He has a bachelor of art's degree from Hastings College.
