In that capacity, she is responsible for the regulatory oversight of state-chartered financial institutions in both depository and consumer financial services industries. Darcy has been with NDBF for 16 years, beginning as a bank examiner and serving in her current role since 2020. Darcy holds a Business Administration degree with emphases in Finance and Marketing from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and has completed the State of Nebraska’s Leadership and Executive Certificate Programs.
