Susan Zubradt is senior vice president in the Payment Strategies Division. She leads the Financial Services Policy Committee (FSPC) Support Office and serves as secretary to the FSPC. She has responsibility for several payment strategy initiatives, coordinating relevant research and analysis to frame and lead policy discussions with payment governance groups.

Ms. Zubradt began her career at the Bank in 1982 as an assistant examiner trainee at the Denver office. She transferred to the Kansas City office in 1987 and held various staff and managerial positions in the Supervision and Risk Management (SRM) Division. In 1998, she was appointed assistant vice president of the Examinations and Inspections Department and later served as assistant vice president of the Applications and Banking Studies and Structure departments. In 2003, she was promoted to vice president of District Examinations and Inspections and she assumed additional responsibilities in SRM as vice president in 2008. She was promoted to senior vice president in SRM in January 2016, with oversight for the Administrative Services; Credit and Risk Management; Statistics, Structure and Reserves; Quality Assurance; Business Solutions Delivery; Supervisory Business Technology, Banking Research; and Surveillance and Risk Analysis departments. She transferred to Payments Strategies in March 2018, and assumed her current responsibilities in October 2019.

Ms. Zubradt holds a B.A. from Benedictine College, an M.B.A from Rockhurst College, and is a Graduate of the School of Banking-Wisconsin.
