Join us for Homeschool Day on February 25!

Visit the Money Museum on February 25 at 1:00 p.m. for a guided, hands-on activity and tour. Learn about trade and currency by bartering beads with friends to make bracelets! All supplies are provided. The event is free and you do not need to make a reservation.

Make a day of it and join the National World War I Museum and Memorial on February 25 from 2:30p.m.-4:30p.m. for a guided tour. Tour complimentary with admission. Make a reservation for your guided or self-guided student tour today

Due to capacity limitations, we ask that all student groups including kindergarten through high school public and private schools, homeschool groups, colleges, scouts, extracurricular education groups and summer camps make a reservation for a guided or self-guided tour of the museum in advance of their visit.

All tours are free. There is no admission.

Guided Student Tour

  • Guided tours are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between the hours of 9:30a.m. and 1:30p.m.
  • The minimum number of participants is 12, and the maximum is 60. This includes chaperones.
  • Guided tours are approximately 45 minutes long but your visit can extend beyond that.
  • You must book the guided tour no less than 15 business days prior to your tour.

Self-Guided Student Visit

  • Self-guided tours are available Monday – Friday between the hours of 9:30a.m. and 1:30p.m.
  • There is not a maximum or minimum number of participants for self-guided student tours.
  • Self-guided reservations are for 1 hour but your visit can extend beyond that.
  • You must make the reservation no less than 15 business days prior to your tour.

How are guided tours requested?

Please fill out the request form. Under accommodations, please specify if you are making a reservation for a guided or self-guided tour. Reservations will default to guided tours if the reservation qualifies. Note: External Linkthe form is optimized for desktop use.
