Personal Finance Bootcamp

Learn how to teach a stand-alone personal finance course or any financial literacy standards for any grade. We will examine personal finance vocabulary and key concepts such as earning income, spending wisely, having a banking relationship, managing credit and debt, assessing insurance and risks, investing, saving, building wealth and more. Regional experts will also highlight trends in identity theft and scams, emerging technology, and equitable practices in money management.

There is no cost to attend, but registration is required.

Registrants will receive details and additional updates as the event draws near.

Note: This opportunity is hosted in partnership with the Kansas Council on Economic Education, Wichita State, Northwest Missouri State, and Fort Hays State universities. Graduate credit will be available at a reduced cost through participating universities.

Additionally, some scholarship funds may be available to offset some of the tuition for Kansas and Missouri K-12 teachers. For questions or more information, contact Gigi Wolf. We look forward to seeing you!
