Pam Gutel Campbell, APR, Fellow PRSA is the district outreach director for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, where she works with the public affairs teams at the three Branches in Denver, Oklahoma City and Omaha, who are responsible for communications and public outreach across the district. She offices at the Kansas City Fed’s Oklahoma City Branch. Prior to joining the Fed in 2006, she worked at Cox Communications, leading public relations and representing Cox in the community.
Committed to the community, she served as the 2018-2019 president of the Junior League of Oklahoma City and is also a past president of the Oklahoma Jump$tart Coalition, Public Relations Society of America's Oklahoma City Chapter and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Oklahoma City Chapter. She currently serves as president of the John Rex Charter School PTA and on the boards of Oklahoma City Town Hall and Oklahoma Jump$tart Coalition. She is a member of Leadership Oklahoma Class 33 and Leadership Oklahoma City Class XXIV.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communications from the University of Oklahoma, and a master’s degree with a public relations emphasis, also from the Gaylord College at OU. In 2003, she earned Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) from PRSA, and in 2020 was inducted into the PRSA's College of Fellows.
In 2016, the Oklahoma City Chapter of PRSA recognized her with their highest honor, the Paul E. Dannelley Harmony award. In 2017 and 2018, she was honored by the Journal Record as one of Oklahoma’s 50 Most Influential Women during their annual Women of the Year Awards.
