Biography
Mike Casey joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s Denver Branch Board of Directors in 2026.
Mr. Casey is president and chief operating officer at Tuff Shed, Inc., based in Denver, Colorado. He started at Tuff Shed in October 2007 as a regional manager and was promoted to president in January 2012. Mr. Casey previously worked as the vice president of stores for Richmond American Homes, and vice president and general manager at Marshall Field's.
Tuff Shed’s footprint includes 61 production facilities across the country and a total of 216 brick-and-mortar retail storefronts and cross docks. Tuff Shed also is a service and install partner for The Home Depot, offering an exclusive line of building products at all of the home improvement retailer’s stores in the lower 48 United States. They employ 2,050 people nationwide, handling sales, production, and installation, plus several hundred additional contract installers.
Tuff Shed products include wooden storage sheds, accessory buildings and garages. The company works with its customers to design and accessorize buildings, then pre-fabricates key building components at its manufacturing facilities so it can deliver and install buildings on the customer site. Over 45 years Tuff Shed has designed, fabricated and installed nearly 2 million buildings across the country.
