Sandra Jessop was appointed to the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s Economic Advisory Council on Jan. 1, 2025. At Airxcel, she leverages over two decades of expertise in aerospace and manufacturing to drive operational excellence and strategic growth.

With a degree in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA, Sandra combines technical acumen with business strategy to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and foster innovation. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business with an emphasis on Supply Chain and Logistics, Sandra's research focuses on enhancing supply chain resilience and talent management to achieve competitive advantages and improve organizational performance. This academic endeavor is complemented by extensive practical experience managing global supply chains and resource allocation. Sandy has also overseen complex logistics networks, particularly in high-volume manufacturing environments.

Sandra also actively contributes to the community and academia as a professor at Wichita State University, teaching graduate-level Operations Management. Sandra is deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of leaders and sharing insights from a career defined by strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
