Judith Hazen is vice president of the Applications and Enforcement Department and the Surveillance and Risk Analysis and Banking and Financial Technology functions within the Supervision and Risk Management (SRM) Division.
Ms. Hazen started at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis in 1999 in the Research Division before joining the Bank's Denver Branch as an assistant examiner in 2004. She has held various examiner roles within Examinations and Inspections (E&I), Learning Services, and Enforcement before being promoted to manager in the E&I Department in 2012. In 2015, she relocated to Kansas City to become manager of the Applications and Enforcement (A&E) Department. She was appointed to assistant vice president with responsibility for the Support Solutions Department in 2016. She was promoted to her current position in March 2020.
Ms. Hazen has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Colorado State University and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking, Boulder, Colorado.
