Jeff Imgarten is assistant vice president for the Applications Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, with responsibility for evaluating merger, acquisition, ownership, nonbanking activity, and branching proposals involving district banking organizations. Mr. Imgarten joined the Reserve Bank as an assistant examiner in 2006, and after earning his commission was later promoted to manager in 2012, during which time he contributed to the 10th District’s community and regional bank safety and soundness supervision programs. He then transitioned to a managerial role within the Applications Department in 2019, before being promoted to his current position in May 2021. Mr. Imgarten holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Truman State University, Kirksville, Missouri, an M.B.A. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, Kansas City, Missouri, and completed the Graduate School of Banking, Boulder, Colorado.
