Cecilia J. Robinson-Woods was appointed to the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s Community Development Advisory Council on Jan. 1, 2017. Robinson-Woods is the superintendent of Millwood Public Schools in Oklahoma City, Okla. With the goal of 100 percent of Millwood students graduating college and career ready, she has introduced innovative reading programs at the elementary level, iPad classrooms in third and seventh grades, on campus concurrent enrollment at the high school level, and has strengthened family and community involvement.  

Robinson-Woods serves as a member of the State Superintendents Advisory Board, MAPS 3 Citizens Advisory Council, OKC Public School Foundation Advisory Board, and the Governors' Workforce Youth Council.  She is a recent graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City and has received numerous awards for her commitment to education and public service.  

Robinson-Woods received her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Oklahoma State University, has completed her Master of Education and is in the process of finishing her doctorate in Education Administration and Curriculum Supervision from the University of Oklahoma.
