Office of Minority and Women Inclusion

The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s Office of Minority and Women Inclusion was established by Section 342 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Protection Act of 2010.

Each Federal Reserve Bank provides this annual report to Congress, as outlined in the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. The OMWI Report describes the Office of Minority and Women Inclusion (OMWI)’s activities, successes, and challenges.
