Chad Wilkerson is Senior Vice President and Oklahoma City Branch Executive at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. In this role, he serves as the Bank’s lead officer and regional economist in Oklahoma. He is responsible for briefing the Kansas City Fed’s president, who is a member of the Federal Open Market Committee, on economic trends in the state.

Wilkerson’s research focuses on developments in key industries in the region, including energy, manufacturing, and services. He recruits and works closely with the Oklahoma City Branch’s board of directors and the Kansas City Fed’s Economic Advisory Council. He also supervises several business surveys.

Wilkerson has been with the Federal Reserve since 1998 and was appointed Oklahoma City Branch Executive in 2006. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree from William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri.

Wilkerson is president-elect of the Economic Club of Oklahoma and has served on several other civic and nonprofit boards. He lives in Edmond, Oklahoma, with his wife and children.
