What’s New in Economics?

Celebrate Economic Education Month with this learning opportunity available to educators and their students. Discover the latest research on the quality of jobs in the labor market, as well as data about skills needed for “good jobs” and higher-paying career paths. We will investigate workforce equity, as well as new classroom materials tied to entrepreneurship, rising college costs, careers in children’s literature, and businesses linked to Negro Leagues baseball.

There is no cost to attend, but registration is required.

Registrants will receive connection details and additional updates as the webinar draws near.

Note: This opportunity is hosted in partnership with the Kansas Council on Economic Education, Wichita State, Northwest Missouri State, and Fort Hays State universities. Graduate credit will be available at a reduced cost through participating universities.

Additionally, some scholarship funds may be available to offset some of the tuition for Kansas and Missouri K-12 teachers. For questions or more information, contact Gigi Wolf. We look forward to seeing you!
