Thomas Désiré is a Research Associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. He joined the Economic Research Department in July 2025 after graduating from the Toulouse School of Economics (France) with an MS in Economic Theory and Econometrics, and with BS degrees in Economics and Applied Mathematics for Social Sciences. Thomas supports Stefan A. Jacewitz and Jordan Pandolfo with their research and policy work in banking and financial markets.
