Molly Hirner is a Research Associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Before joining the Economic Research Department in July 2025, she graduated from Rhodes College with a BA in Mathematics and Economics. Molly supports José Mustre-del-Río and Yusuf Mercan with their research in labor economics and macroeconomics.
