FedNow® Service – It Has Launched!
The Federal Reserve experienced a landmark with the launch of the FedNow® Service on July 20th. The service enables depository financial institutions of every size, and in every community across the US, to provide safe and efficient instant payments services around the clock, every day of the year. This session will take the audience through the journey of current FedNow® Service features and functionality, future targeted enhancements, along with how the service fits into the US payments landscape.

Defining and Communicating Your Personal Brand to Help Your Career and Your Organization Grow
Your personal brand is an important aspect of your career and impacts everything from future career aspirations to your existing compensation opportunities. Once you understand what drives you, as well as the qualities and skill sets that are unique to you, you can effectively manage your brand and communicate your best attributes to the constituencies that matter.

The Switch: Code-Switching in Workplace Cultures
This interactive workshop and discussion will explore code-switching within the workplace and its impact on organizational culture and leadership. We will investigate the use of code-switching among the people of the global majority, LBTGIA+, and disability communities. Participants will be given tools to confront bias within the workplace, build spaces where open dialogue and thoughts are encouraged, and foster collegiality among co-workers.

Mental health stigma often results in negative consequences such as delayed treatment seeking, downplaying the severity of illnesses, and an increased risk of suicidality. During this session, attendees will gain tools to improve their own mental well-being and address mental health stigma in their professional spheres.
