Andrea Frymire is president and chief executive officer at Housing For Communities, Inc. She has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, property management and affordable housing. Frymire is a licensed real estate broker and instructor. She promotes awareness, advocacy, and training on housing issues affecting LMI households for attorneys, CPAs, social workers, housing professionals, lending institutions and real estate professionals.
Frymire served as a founder and inaugural board president for the Oklahoma Coalition for Affordable Housing. She has assisted in the formation of more than eight nonprofits and foundations related to the real estate industry. She has held numerous national committee positions with the National Association of REALTORS® related to affordable housing, commercial real estate, federal taxation and other policy related issues. She is a past chair of the NAR Commercial Federal Policy Committee and currently serves on the Federal Financing and Housing Policy Committee.
Frymire has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Radford University, a master’s in real estate with a focus on commercial real estate investment and analysis and a CCIM designation.
