Biography
DJ Eihusen joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s Omaha Branch Board of Directors in 2024 and previously served on the Economic Advisory Council.
Mr. Eihusen graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Mr. Eihusen has held various positions at several of the business units of Chief Industries, including manufacturing manager overseeing operations in plants in Nebraska and Indiana as well as general manager of Chief's Fabrication division. He became a member of Chief Industries' Board of Directors in 1998 and began his current position as president, chairman of the board, and chief executive officer in 2010.
Mr. Eihusen has served on many boards including the Board of Directors of the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce & Industry, the UNL College of Business Administration Dean’s Advisory Board, BluePrint Nebraska, the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Heartland United Way. He's currently serving on the Boards of Directors for Five Points Bank, Grand Island Hospital, the Epic Discovery Center, and the Nebraska Game and Parks Foundation.
Mr. Eihusen and his wife, Kathy, have three daughters, Morgan, Lauren and Ellie, two sons-in-law, and a grandson.
