Veronica M. Sellers is General Counsel and Senior Vice President of the Legal Department.
Ms. Sellers began her career with the Bank in 1999 as Senior Counsel of the Legal Department. Prior to joining the Bank, she was an associate attorney with the law firm of Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P. and prior to that was a law clerk for the honorable Fernando J. Gaitan, Jr., United States District Judge.
She was appointed Assistant Vice President in 2001, and assumed the position of Associate General Counsel and Vice President in 2003. She assumed her current position as General Counsel and Senior Vice President in 2010. Ms. Sellers holds a B.S. in chemical engineering and a J.D. degree from the University of Kansas.
