Stacy Kymes serves as the Tenth District's Federal Advisory Council member and is president and chief executive officer of BOK Financial.

Mr. Kymes is president and chief executive officer of BOK Financial Corporation, a $50 billion regional financial services company. He leads a team that oversees a diverse portfolio of services for commercial, consumer and wealth management clients across the country through banking centers in eight states in the Midwest and Southwest.

Mr. Kymes has been with BOK Financial for almost 30 years, holding various roles including chief operating officer, executive vice president over specialized banking areas, chief auditor, corporate controller, treasurer, and chief credit officer. He graduated from Harding University, summa cum laude, with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and began his career at KPMG LLP. He graduated high school from J. Frank Dobie in Houston and has lived in Tulsa for the last 32 years.

Mr. Kymes is currently a member of the Board of Trustees for the Tulsa Community Foundation and has been involved in various community projects, including the formation of a public entity to build a new minor league ballpark and the privatization of the local zoo.
