Rebecca Reynolds was appointed to the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s Community Development Advisory Council on Jan. 1, 2017. Reynolds is the executive director of Little Dixie Community Action Agency, Inc. based in Hugo, Okla. In addition to other activities, Little Dixie provides social services, operates state parks, and owns and operates multifamily property operations and childcare facilities in three rural counties within southeast Oklahoma.

Reynolds began her career at Little Dixie in the accounting department in 1994. She has received numerous awards for outstanding leadership and service. She serves as the third vice-president for the Oklahoma Association of Community Action Agencies and on the Public Relations Committee for NeighborWorks® America.

Reynolds is a graduate of the Harvard School of Business Achieving Excellence in Community Development certification program.
