Pat Vincent-Collawn was appointed to the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s Economic Advisory Council on Jan. 1, 2014. Vincent-Collawn is the chairman, president and chief executive officer of PNM Resources, an investor-owned energy holding company based in Albuquerque, N. M. PNM provides electricity and electric services in New Mexico and Texas through its two utilities, PNM and TNMP. She has more than 20 years of experience in the utility industry.
Vincent-Collawn currently serves or has served on the boards of several civic and nonprofit organizations, including the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce, United Way of Central New Mexico, Kirtland Partnership Committee, New Mexico Partnership and the Economic Forum of Albuquerque.
Vincent-Collawn earned a bachelor's degree in journalism at Drake University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University.
