Nathan Peterson was appointed to the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s Economic Advisory Council on Jan. 1, 2026.
Nathan is the CEO of Vederra Modular, Colorado’s largest modular housing factory, producing over 500,000 square feet of housing annually. With more than 20 years in the modular housing industry, he has completed over 400 modular housing projects across Colorado. Nathan has served on the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority board of directors and many other state committees supporting affordable housing. Nathan holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and is completing his MBA at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
