Dr. Marcie Mack was appointed to the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s Economic Advisory Council on Jan. 1, 2026.

Dr. Mack serves as the Executive Director of the Enid Regional Development Alliance in Enid, Oklahoma, bringing nearly 30 years of experience across multiple sectors of economic development. In her current role, Dr. Mack leads initiatives to drive business growth, support workforce development, and foster strategic partnerships that enhance the economic vitality of the Enid region.

Prior to her current position, Dr. Mack served as Director of Talent Acquisition at MidAmerica Industrial Park in Pryor, Oklahoma. There, she worked to attract skilled professionals to one of the largest industrial parks in the nation. Before that, she was the State Director of Oklahoma CareerTech, where she oversaw the state’s career and technology education system—comprising 29 technology centers and numerous statewide programs focused on workforce readiness and economic advancement.

Dr. Mack holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, a Master’s in Telecommunications Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Education, all from Oklahoma State University. A lifelong Oklahoman, she is deeply committed to public service and has contributed her expertise to numerous boards and community organizations.

Driven by a strong belief in the power of collaboration, Dr. Mack works at the intersection of business, education, and community to address regional needs. Her vision is to create a thriving environment in which both businesses and residents can prosper, ensuring that Enid and Oklahoma remain a dynamic and desirable place to work, grow and live.
