Dudley Gilbert is the Deputy Commissioner at the Oklahoma State Banking Department. He joined the Banking Department as General Counsel in May 1999. Prior to joining the Banking Department, he practiced law in Oklahoma City where his primary areas of practice focused on federal and state banking regulations and consumer financial services.
