About the LMI Economic Conditions report
Tenth District LMI Economic Conditions assesses the economic health of low and moderate-income (LMI) people and communities in the Tenth District. “LMI” means a person’s income is below 80 percent of the area median household income. The household income amount varies from $61,053 in Denver to $49,270 in Kansas City and to $40,041 in rural Oklahoma.
