Biography
Terry Salmon joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s Oklahoma City Branch Board of Directors in 2023.
Dr. Salmon is president of Computer System Designers (CSD) a full-time service firm which he founded in 1994. The company has three organizational divisions: training, engineering, and information technology.
Dr. Salmon is chairman of the board for the Oklahoma City Airport Trust. He also serves on several other boards including the Board of Advisors for Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, Tinker Leadership Council, Air Traffic Control Association and the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association.
Dr. Salmon earned his Doctor of Education in applied educational studies in aviation and space education (management option) at Oklahoma State University. He also has a Master of Science and published numerous articles and books.
