Diane M. Raley is senior vice president of the Regional, Public, and Community Affairs Division. She also serves as chief of staff for Bank President Esther George, as Corporate Secretary, and as a member of the Bank’s Management Committee.
The Division includes regional economic research and analysis throughout the Tenth Federal Reserve District, including the Branch Executives that lead the Bank’s Denver, Oklahoma City, and Omaha branch offices. The Division also includes the Bank’s Public Affairs function which includes government relations, public programs, stakeholder communications, publishing services, the District Money Museums, and support for the Office of the President and the Bank's Board of Directors.
Ms. Raley joined the Bank’s Public Affairs Department in 1998. She was appointed to the official staff in 2001, to vice president in 2004, and senior vice president and corporate secretary in 2009. Before joining the Bank, she worked in media and public relations for organizations located in Cincinnati, Ohio, and Memphis, Tenn.
A native of central Indiana, she holds a B.A. degree from the University of Cincinnati.
