Amy Cole is senior vice president and the Bank's chief human resources officer. She is responsible for the People, Strategy & Workplace Support Division, which includes the Enterprise Resource Planning Support Office, Facilities Management, Finance, HRTeC, Human Resources, and Enterprise Strategy, Continuity and Risk departments, and the Office of Minority and Women Inclusion (OMWI). She also serves as a member of the Bank's Management Committee.
Ms. Cole joined the Bank in 2005 as an analyst in the Customer Relations and Support Office. In 2007, she rotated to the Customer Contact Center where she held various management roles. In 2011, Ms. Cole transferred to the Human Resources Department as a manager and was appointed assistant vice president of Human Resources in 2013 and vice president of Human Resources in 2015. She rotated to National IT End User Services (EUS) in 2018 and was named group vice president in March 2020. She was named executive for National IT EUS in December 2020. She was promoted to her current position in January 2022.
Ms. Cole holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from the University of Missouri and an MBA in Leadership and Change in Human Systems from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
