Chris Constant is vice president of Support Solutions in the Supervision and Risk Management (SRM) Division. In this role, he collaborates across SRM to advance key strategic initiatives involving centralized support, operations, and project management.
Previously, Constant served as assistant vice president in the Community Engagement and Inclusion Division. In this role, he provided strategic direction to the Bank’s initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as community and stakeholder engagement. He was promoted to his current position in March 2023.
Constant joined the Bank in 2011 as an assistant examiner in the Consumer Affairs (CA) Department in SRM. After completing the Examiner Commissioning Program in 2013, he was promoted to manager in 2014 and held several management positions in the SRM Division. In 2017, he was promoted to assistant vice president in the CA Department. He rotated to the Human Resource Department in 2019 and to Community Engagement and Inclusion in July 2020. In 2020 and 2021, he also served as secretary to Management Committee and assistant secretary to the Bank’s Board of Directors.
Constant has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA from the University of Missouri.
