Jackie Nugent is an Assistant Vice President in the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City's Financial Services Division, which provides payments services and support to financial institutions across the United States. Ms. Nugent has oversight of Payments System Research, a research group that monitors and analyzes domestic and international payments systems, authors articles and briefings, and delivers presentations for internal and external audiences. Ms. Nugent began her Federal Reserve career in 2004 as a bank examiner in the Supervision and Risk Management Division, where she also held leadership roles in banking applications, administrative services, and training. Ms. Nugent holds a B.A. degree in Psychology and an M.B.A. with concentrations in finance and information technology from the University of Kansas.
