David Herndon is a banking executive with over 30 years of experience in all phases of community bank management including 22 years as President and Chief Executive Officer of a Kansas City, Kansas bank. In addition, he served as the Chief Operating Officer for his bank’s parent holding company. In that role he was responsible for all regulatory reporting and compliance matters and was instrumental in establishing a de novo bank for the holding company in 2000. David has also held leadership positions in both professional and civic organizations.
