Building Power Collectively

For too long, prevailing systems of established regulations, societal norms, systemic and structural barriers, have made us, women, believe that we must compete with one another in order to achieve positions of power and influence. The fact that there are so few of us at the top, across the board, has created a sense of scarcity and a belief that we must do whatever it takes to get to the top, even if that means compromising our values and competing with our fellow women. Join this session to hear Erika speak about how this belief has gotten in the way of expediting the pipeline of more women in leadership and what we can do together, to change the course.
