The following information on Tenth District financial institutions is made available by the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, unless the institution has requested and been granted confidential treatment.

Applications

Public copies are available for most applications and notices submitted by banking organizations. For example, a filing is submitted to the Federal Reserve by banks or bank holding companies proposing to acquire another banking organization; or by individuals (notificants) proposing to acquire control of a banking organization. The public copy of such filings are available for a period of three years.

FR Y-11 - Financial Statements of U.S. Nonbank Subsidiaries of U.S. Bank Holding Companies
FR Y-11S - Abbreviated Financial Statements of U.S. Nonbank Subsidiaries of U.S. Bank Holding Companies
FR Y-12 - Consolidated Bank Holding Report of Equity Investments and Non-Financial Companies

What information do I need to provide with my request?

Provide your name, address, telephone number, type of document(s) you are requesting, and the name, city, and state of the institution.

When will my request be ready?

The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City will send you the requested information, with an invoice for services rendered, within 3 business days provided the document is finalized.

How much does it cost?

There is a per report charge, please email the Records Center for cost.

Can I make a request in person?

At this time public requests may not be made in person.
