Susan Chapman Plumb
Susan Chapman Plumb was appointed to the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s Oklahoma City Branch Board of Directors in 2017.
Ms. Chapman Plumb is chief operating officer and counsel of the Bank of Cherokee County which is a Fed member bank serving rural northeast Oklahoma. The bank is a minority-owned institution and a Community Development Financial Institution with three offices and approximately $102 million in assets. A lawyer by training, Susan is slated to become the chief executive officer of the bank based on its current succession plan. She received her BA in journalism from the University of Oklahoma in 1986 and her JD from University of Tulsa in 1991.
