Investment Connection: Nebraska

November 14, 2019

Learn about eight new and existing community and economic development projects in the market at Investment Connection on November 14, 2019.

About this event

During Investment Connection, CRA-eligible proposals are presented to potential funders. The lending and investment opportunities are in Nebraska. In previous events, requests ranged from $25,000 to $2.5 million, and geographic target areas ranged from single community development programs to statewide efforts.  To date, we have connected over $31 million in funding.

Typical proposals address:

  • Asset building and financial access, capability, and empowerment
  • Community facilities
  • Small business development/microlending
  • Neighborhood stabilization/affordable housing
  • Workforce development

Presenters have 10 minutes to share information about their organization and proposal, followed by 5 minutes of questions from funders. This is an efficient way to learn about new and existing organizations and opportunities in community and economic development.
