Three Tenth District community leaders are among 15 people from across the nation recently appointed to the Federal Reserve's Community Advisory Council (CAC). The council is comprised of individuals with consumer and community development expertise who will provide the Federal Reserve's Board of Governors with information, advice and recommendations on a range of issues.
The first council meeting takes place later this month in Washington, D.C. The CAC's function is similar to the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City's Community Development Advisory Council, created in 2001.
Those selected from the Tenth District include:
- Patrick Dujakovich, president, Greater Kansas City AFL-CIO, Kansas City, Mo.
- Adrienne Smith, president and CEO, New Mexico Direct Caregivers Coalition, Placitas, N.M.
- Catherine Wilson, professor, University of Nebraska College of Law, Lincoln, Neb.
