Cindy Logsdon was appointed to the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s Community Development Advisory Council on Jan. 1, 2022. Logsdon is executive director / CEO of the Citizen Potawatomi Community Development Corporation in Shawnee, Okla. The organization finances and promotes the entrepreneurial growth, economic opportunity and financial well-being of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation Tribal Community around the U.S. In addition, it serves all Native Americans in the state of Oklahoma. Since joining the team in 2004, Logsdon and her staff have grown the organization’s total assets from $600,000 to $55 million.
Logsdon is the secretary of the board of the Oklahoma Native Asset Coalition, a board member of the Credit Builders Alliance, an advisory board member of Midwest Renewable Capital, and board treasurer of the Native CDFI network. She is the former secretary to the Tecumseh Ag Booster Club.
Logsdon holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from the University of Central Oklahoma and an associate in arts in enterprise development from Rose State College.
