Biography

Dwayne W. Sieck was appointed to the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s Omaha Branch Board of Directors in 2018. Mr. Sieck is managing principal of Farnam Street Real Estate Capital in Omaha, Nebraska.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Sieck was president of middle market banking at CIT and president and chief operating officer of Mutual of Omaha Bank. He joined Mutual of Omaha Bank in April 2008 as senior vice president of commercial real estate lending. He was promoted to executive vice president and director of real estate in early 2010, was named chief credit officer in late 2010, and in December 2012 his role was expanded to chief risk officer. In 2015, Mr. Sieck was named president of commercial banking and chief lending officer before becoming president and chief operating officer in 2018.

Earlier in this career, Mr. Sieck was an investment director for Principal Life Insurance Company in Des Moines, Iowa, and a vice president with KeyBank Real Estate Capital in Kansas City, Missouri. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Northern Iowa. He also attended Southern Methodist University where he graduated from the SW Graduate School of Banking program.
