Amy Cole is vice president in the Information Technology and Customer Support Division and serves as the Operations Executive for National IT End User Services (EUS). In this role, Amy leads the National Service Desk, Service Assurance, EUS System Operations and local IT Support. Amy previously served as Vice President of Human Resources.
Ms. Cole joined the Bank in 2005 as an analyst in the Customer Relations and Support Office. In 2007, she rotated to the Customer Contact Center where she held various management roles. In 2011, Ms. Cole transferred to the Human Resources Department as a manager and was appointed assistant vice president of Human Resources in 2013 and vice president of Human resources in 2015. Ms. Cole holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from the University of Missouri and a M.B.A. in Leadership and Change in Human Systems from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
