Stephen E. McBride, Senior Vice President

Stephen McBride is the senior vice president of the Administrative Services Division. He began his career at the Bank in 1978 at the Kansas City office as an assistant examiner in the Supervision Department. In 1979, he transferred to the Denver office and held various examiner positions in the Supervision and Bank Examination Department until he returned to the Bank Examination Department at the Kansas City office in 1986.

In 1988, Mr. McBride was promoted to examining officer and in 1990 was appointed assistant vice president. In 1997, he was promoted to vice president of the Examination and Inspections and Consumer Affairs Departments and in 2000 was vice president to the Examinations and Inspections Department. He was promoted to senior vice president and general auditor in 2003 and assumed his current position in 2007.

A native of Aurora, Neb., Mr. McBride holds a B.A. from Benedictine College and an M.A. from the University of Nebraska. He is a graduate from the Colorado School of Banking.
