Money Smart Nebraska is a creation of the Nebraska Financial Education Coalition, a non-profit coalition created to help Nebraskans of all ages improve their level of financial literacy. Nebraska’s initiative is similar to successful financial literacy awareness weeks run by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, as well as the Smart Money Week campaign in the Kearney, Nebraska area. Every area of Nebraska is invited to participate. The main goal of Money Smart Nebraska is to provide workshops, seminars, programs and events to help you and your family, students, homeowners, businesspersons, employees and other community members expand your opportunities through improved financial literacy. There are two ways to participate: |
