Get On Board... Moving Nebraskans Toward Financial Stability conference is presented by the Financial Stability Partnership, Nebraska Financial Education Coalition, Voices for Children in Nebraska and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City - Omaha Branch.
Speakers from national and local organizations will discuss:
- Perspectives on issues and trends in financial education and asset building and how they affect the workplace and community
- Innovative strategies to promote financial stability among diverse consumers
- Opportunities for engaging new partners in efforts and actions that lead and keep people out of poverty
- Ideas for continuing policy initiatives and changes

Nancy Cauthen – National Center for Children in Poverty
Inger Giuffrida – The Assets Alliance
More than 20 panelists from national and local businesses and organizations will also provide their perspectives.
The Education Exchange area will provide an opportunity to meet and network with financial education service providers and to gather materials, information and curricula contacts from national and regional financial education service providers.

Employers, community development resource educators, financial institutions, elected and government officials, financial education providers, and asset-development advocates.

Space is limited, so please get on board early. The conference registration fee is $50 if paid by October 14, 2007. After October 14, 2007 late registration is $65. Refunds will not be made after October 14, 2007. Registrations will not be accepted after October 26, 2007.
