Kelly J. Dubbert, Senior Vice President

Kelly Dubbert is senior vice president over the Information Technology Division. He joined the Bank in 1986 as an analyst in the Cash Services Department at the Kansas City office. In 1987, he transferred to the Personnel Department as a senior analyst. In 1988, he was promoted to staff supervisor and was named manager in 1990. In 1992, he assumed managerial responsibilities for the Accounting Department and was appointed assistant vice president in January 1993.

Mr. Dubbert transferred to the Oklahoma City office in 1995 as assistant vice president and assistant branch manager. In 1996, he was named vice president and branch manager. He returned to the Kansas City office and was named vice president of Human Resources in 2001. In 2003, He assumed responsibility for the Protection Department and the Business Continuity function. He was promoted to senior vice president over Cash, Treasury and Branch Operations Division in July 2003. In 2006, he was named senior vice president over the Information Technology Division.

A native of Cawker City, Kan., Mr. Dubbert holds a B.S. from Kansas State University and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard and the Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking.
