Charles L. Bacon, Jr., General Counsel, Senior Vice President and Secretary
Charles "Bud" Bacon is general counsel, senior vice
president and secretary. In that position, he acts as legal
counsel to the Bank and serves as adviser to the Management
Committee. Bud came to the Bank in 1981, was first appointed
secretary in 1983, and was named general counsel and senior
vice president in June 2001.
Mr. Bacon, a native of
Marshall, Mo., is a graduate
of Vanderbilt University and received his law degree from
the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
