Training

Bank employees are encouraged to attend several training courses each year. The Bank has a qualified staff of training professionals, who offer courses on both soft skills and job skills. These courses are provided by the Bank and are free of charge to employees. Some examples of training courses include:

• Effective Leadership Applications
• Getting Organized
• Customer Service Professional
• Automation Training

The Bank also offers online learning through the Technology Learning Center. There are more than 1,500 courses available online covering a range of computer and business topics. There is no charge to employees for these courses.

External Training

Bank employees may also be offered the opportunity to attend external training courses outside the Bank. There is no charge to employees for eligible courses.
